Bio
Welcome to my site and thanks for taking a few moments to read a quick summary of who I am and how I came to this point.

I grew up in a small town in North Central Texas called Electra. While I did participate in football and other school activities, I found my main interests centered around music. This is a picture of me playing in a band at my high school for an assembly.

After high school, I moved to Wichita Falls and made my first attempt at college. Since I was preoccupied with trying to find fame and fortune with a local southern rock band (see my music section) I only completed one semester and left school to devote more time to my musical ambitions.

After one year I moved to Levelland, Texas and obtained
an A.A.S. in Sound Technology (recording engineer). I then
continued to pursue my musical interests.

In 1988 I began working as a mental health technician and R.O.P.E.S. therapist primarily with children and adolescents, returned to school and obtained my B.A. in history and elementary education. I entered my professional educational career in 1993 and obtained my M.A. in educational administration and supervision in 2007.

As far as the future, I have learned to never say never, and that not everything goes as planned. I am essentially a simple kind of man who enjoys the simple things and pleasures of life the most. I carry no pretentiousness on who I am, personally or professionally. What I hope to do is continue to learn new things and challenge myself, travel and see most of the USA. I enjoy camping out and riding bikes in the country. Someday I would like to obtain my soaring license and own a glider plane. I plan to continue playing music as long as I enjoy it and I am able.
