Another Day

Each day we have is a gift from God. What we do with that day is
our gift to God.
And once the day is gone, there is no return. All of your words and
actions cannot be taken back.
What are you doing with your today?
Matthew 6:19-2, Matthew 6:34
Well the day is done; my chance to serve You has come and
gone.
Never again will this time come back to me.
Did they see Jesus in me, or did my pride and sin get in the way?
Have I let this day go by just thinking of me?
Was there someone I met today, You wanted to touch and show
Your love?
Even though I knew You were there and ready to show Your love through
me,
I just told myself that I would on another day
Well the day is done and tomorrow is still yet to come.
So I fall upon my knees and thank my Lord.
Now be with me as I sleep; lift my head if I should begin to weep.
Cause I give You all of my life, and all I am.
And if I dream of you tonight; wake my head to greet the morning light.
For I know that You’ll be there, to take upon all my daily cares.
And You’ll give me the strength I need, for another day.
